SIDE COVER BREATHER MUST BE FUNCTIONAL

Any effort to change “Breather” function will be a post race technical inspection item.

Violation will result in disqualification from competitive element involved.

To be clear, this prohibits folded hose on breather.

Due to the nature of the high-speed Streets of Willow Springs course, the Gatorz Karting Cup will implement a change in the spec gear for both the Apollo Motorsports MiniMax and Gobirel.com MicroMax classes.

For MiniMax, the minimum gear ratio will be 5.84. 13-76 is 5.845 and 14-82 is 5.86.

For MicroMax, the minimum gear ratio will be 4.92. 14-69 is 4.92 and 15-74 is 4.93.

These ratios will not be spec – as parents can choose to run the karts slower if they wish – but these are the lowest ratios that MiniMax and MicroMax karts can run at Streets of Willow.
